Exhibitors at Offshore Energy can enjoy several (complimentary) services that help them expand their participation even more.

At the moment, the Exhibitor's Portal is not online yet. All exhibitor's will be informed as soon as the Exhibitor's Portal is online.
- Invitation Service
Each exhibitor will receive 100 invitations by post, with personal codes, to send to his or her business relations. With these unique codes it is possible for the Offshore Energy Organization to check and inform you which of your business relations have already registered, allowing you to make appointments with your clients, inform them of your participation etc.
If you want to send out more invitations, we can send you a digital version of the invitation by e-mail. We will add your logo to the invitation. Otherwise, if you want us to send out more printed invitations, simply send us your list of relations using this Excell sheet (max 300).
