Personal invitations

Each exhibitor will receive 100 invitations by post, with personal codes to send to his or her business relations. This personal invitation contains a unique code that is only valid for your company. Your relations have to register with this code. This can be done through the website www.offshore-energy.biz or before the exhibition starts at the registration desks. Admission is free. With these unique codes it is possible for the Offshore Energy Organization to check and inform you which of your business relations have already registered, allowing you to make appointments with your clients, inform them of your participation etc.

Additional invitations (digital and personalized with your company logo)

If you want to send more invitations, we can send you a digital version of the invitation by e-mail. We will add your logo to the invitation. Thereafter you can send out the digital version by email. When your business relations pre-register, they will be asked to complete the name of the inviting company. If they do, we can also track the registrations of these invitees for you. On request we can show you who has registered with your personalized invitations. After the event, we can also inform you about who has actually shown up.
