$25M in new contracts for Solstad Maritime CSVs

Solstad Maritime (SOMA) has won multiple new contracts for several construction support vessels (CSVs), with the work to start this and next month.

The contracts for the 142.6-meter-long Normand Navigator and 127.5-meter-long Normand Cutter include additional services such as remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations and survey activities connected to their projects in Brazil.

For the 117.35-meter-long Normand Jarstein, only limited additional services are to be delivered for its assignments in the North Sea. The vessel previously had a 135-day contract for subsea support and services in West Africa, partnering with Omega Subsea.

The combined firm period of these project-related contracts is approximately 175 days, with an additional 150 optional days. Commencement is scheduled for December 2025 and January 2026.

The combined gross value of the firm contracts is approximately $25 million.
