Boa Marine Services Extends Charter Contract for Polar Queen

GC Rieber Shipping announces today that Boa Marine Services Inc. has exercised its second option to extend the charter party for the subsea vessel “Polar Queen” with one year, until April 2015.

The vessel has been on charter with Boa Marine Services since October 2012.

The Polar Queen is a purpose-built ROV Survey / Construction Vessel. The vessel is specially designed for operation under severe weather conditions and with high manoeuvrability and station-keeping capabilities.
