Dahej terminal receives more Qatari LNG

Petronet’s Dahej LNG terminal on India’s west coast received a cargo of LNG onboard the 138,700 cbm Raahi on Monday from Qatar, according to shipping data.

The LNG carrier is currently docked at the 10 mtpa Dahej terminal, the data shows.

Toyo Engineering of Japan has earlier this year secured a contract from Petronet to boost the LNG receiving capacity of the Dahej terminal from 10 to 15 mtpa.

Petronet recently said that it aims to expand capacity of the Dahej terminal even further to 17.5 million tonne per annum.
