Senior Energy Analist
Sharanya is a Senior Energy Analyst at the Energy Industries Council (EIC) who joined in September 2018. The EIC is one of the UK’s largest energy supply chain trade association, a not-for-profit with over 800 member companies. Sharanya is responsible for market intelligence on Offshore and Onshore Wind, and supports companies by providing extensive market insights, participation at specialised conferences and other media platforms, producing continual publications such as reports and articles, and engaging with stakeholders frequently. Sharanya also brings expertise and experience from her previous role with the Local Authority in the planning department for small-scale power developments. In 2015, Sharanya graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bsc degree in Chemistry and Pharmacology.
