    Golden Ocean Group Limited ( “GOGL” ) has agreed to sell their two new building contracts at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipyard to CMB’s subsidiary Bocimar International. The ships are sold including the two three year time charter agreements arranged for the ships.

    CMB confirms that Bocimar International has sold the Capesize vessel Mineral Viking (2001- 172,964 dwt). The net sale price amounts to USD 42 million. At the time of delivery of the vessel, scheduled to take place at the end of April 2009, a capital gain of approximately USD 15.6 million will be realised.

    CMB confirms that Bocimar International has sold the Capesize vessel Mineral London (2006-173,949 dwt). The net sale price amounts to USD 60.2 million. At the time of delivery of the vessel, scheduled to take place in the course of the fourth quarter 2009, a capital gain of approximately USD 5.7 million will be realised.

Drybulk business unit Bocimar contributed €42.8 million to the consolidated result for the first half of 2010, down from €64.5 million.
