More than 10 experience in the energy efficiency sector and in creating innovative financial instrument in Lithuania. 2012-2016: Vice-minister Ministry of Environment in Lithuania. 2010-present: Member of the Lithuanian Delegation in the EU Committee of the Regions (CoR). CoR rapporteur on key opinions such as “Renewable energy and the internal electricity market” (2017) and the “EU sustainable heating and cooling system strategy” (2016). Economist education with Master's degree. Awarded by the Prime Minister of Lithuania A. Butkevičius for her achievements in implementating the Housing Renovation Programme. Lithuanian President D. Grybauskaitė awarded her with the Medal of Achievements.
