As Navingo we believe that at the end of October we can present successful edition of Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference and the Navingo Career Event, where face-to-face and virtual connections will be combined. Of course there will be some restrictions with regard to the COVID-19 situation, to make sure that people can connect safely. For more insight in these concepts, read our article OEEC 2020: face-to-face meets virtual. Via this page we will inform you about the measurements we will take and how this might affect your visit.
In preparation for our events, Navingo is collaborating with branch associations, suppliers and other event organisers to implement these modifications. Think of concepts like wider aisles, one-way lanes, set routes, timeslots for visitors, sanitation stations and reservation systems in different areas are examples of those measures. Recently Amsterdam RAI, our venue, presented their event protocol based on the protocol for business gatherings, which will be observed.
Based on the current available information we will regulate visitors via pre-set time slots, during your event registration you do not have to select this yet. Since travel policies may vary per continent and country, we will provide face to face and virtual concepts. For example, the conference sessions will be livestreamed and made available by video afterwards. For now you can simply register for the event to grant you access to the event and/or content session. The timing of your visit and the way you will participate (face-to-face or virtual) can be submitted later. In October we will contact all registrants per email so you can submit your preferences and to inform you about the actual measurements
