Corona Measures

As Navingo we believe that we can present successful editions of Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference and the Navingo Career Event, where face-to-face and virtual connections will be combined. To facilitate our global community we will provide a physical exhibition floor and content programme combined with an online event environment.

Navingo keeps track on the global developments and possible restrictions with regard to the COVID-19 situation, to make sure that people can connect safely. Via this page we will keep you informed if and which measurements we will take and how this might affect your visit.

Covid certificate

We are obliged to ask for a Covid certificate, with a negative test result, proof of vaccination or proof of recovery. People who live in The Netherlands can present these using CoronaCheck.

Testing location

There’s a testing facility in RAI Amsterdam next to Entrance K. In order to get tested at this location, an appointment is required.  Testen voor toegang – Laat je testen voor toegang

Traveling

The website of Government of the Netherlands provides an actual update on the guidelines from the Dutch Government including points of attention when travelling to the Netherlands. To comply with the current guidelines and to ensure that everyone can connect safely, we are obliged to request a COVID certificate at the entrance of the event which should state that you have a one of these: a valid negative Covid test (within 24 hours before entry), have been fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19.

RAI Protocol

In preparation for our events, Navingo is collaborating with branch associations, suppliers and other event organisers to dicuss possible modifications. Amsterdam RAI, our venue, has developed a protocol for event gatherings. This protocol, based on governmental guidelines, will be leading in the possible measures that will need to be taken.

This page will be updated regularly in line with the global developments. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the contact form
