Tetra Technologies COO resigns

Oil and gas services company Tetra Technologies has informed that its senior vice president and chief operating officer, Joseph Elkhoury, has resigned for personal reasons.

Tetra’s President and CEO, Stuart M. Brightman, has assumed Elkhoury’s responsibilities but he will continue in a transitional role for a period of time, the company said on Friday.

Commenting on Elkhoury’s departure, Brightman said: “I have worked with Joseph for three years and, during that time, he has demonstrated strong leadership and vision, which have contributed to our ongoing operational improvements and performance culture, and helped strengthen Tetra’s position as a differentiated industry leader.”
