Dolphin Geophysical AS announced the christening of M/V Polar Duke at the GMC Shipyard, Stavanger on 30th April 2011. Many attended the special occasion, which launched the flagship vessel of Dolphin Geophysical AS.

Mrs Kari Hus Arnesen kindly assumed the position of Godmother to the vessel.

M/V Polar Duke is a purpose built high-end 3D vessel, capable of towing 14 streamers at 100 metre separation. Rigged with Sercel SSAS Sentinel streamers and an impressive bollard pull of approximately 210 Tonnes, M/V Polar Duke will undoubtedly be one of the most efficient vessels available to the market.
