Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. a leading wave energy technology company, announces that it will be participating in the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference on September 12, 2011 .

The conference will take place at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. Charles F. Dunleavy, Chief Executive Officer of OPT, is scheduled to give a presentation at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
