At the ceremony held last Saturday, De Hoop Foxhol shipyard launched the 4th KISS supplier, the Caballo Genitor. This vessel built under the yard number 433, is planned to be delivered in February next year.

Platform Supply Vessel / Kiss Supplier is an environmental friendly vessel with diesel electric propulsion. With its simple and unique construction the vessel is purposely designed for offshore supply operations. It can accommodate up to 30 persons and has navigation bridge with 360 degree view.

The vessel is owned by Oceanografia, an offshore company in Mexico whose main customer is the Mexican oil company PEMEX. The activities of these vessels consist mainly of the supply and maintenance and construction work on oil rigs and related infrastructure, both above and under water. The relationship between De Hoop and Mexican company began in the 1960 with the construction of tugs and tankers to PEMEX.
