On the morning of Dec. 29th, 2011, China’s CIMC Raffles delivered a jack-up drilling rig the Master Driller to the Reignwood International Investment (Group) Company Limited.
The basic design of the rig is supplied by the Friede&Goldman of the U.S.A., while CIMC Raffles independently finished all the detail design and shop design, with the Intellectual Property Right of engineering and construction for Jacking-up legs.
The main hull of MASTER DRILLER is built in Haiyang CIMC Raffles, and then the general assembly and commissioning were finished in Yantai yard.
