Recently, Taizhou Sanfu shipyard received a new order for building four 51.000 DWT Bulk Carriers, which should be delivered between the end of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 as per the contract. Against the backdrop of sluggish shipping market world-widely, this new order has become the fist large-scale one that Sanfu has received over the past year, which is of utmost significance.

It is known to all that over the past month, the production situation is thriving, such as the successful delivery of No. 2 and No.3 16.9000 DWT BCs respectively, the Naming Ceremony for No.4 16.900 DWT BC,the successful launching for No. 7 16.900 DWT BC, the sea trail for one 12000 DWT MPC being carried out according to the schedule, and the steel-cutting for one 51.000 DWT BC.
