Since the last report the well has been drilled to a depth of 3521m MDRT (2855m TVDSS) and encountered encouraging hydrocarbon shows in the Lower Cenomanian section, which are in addition to previously encountered and reported shows in the Upper Cenomanian . The well has now drilled, and is currently logging, the Upper Cenomanian and Lower Cenomanian (including the Condor Exploration Prospect) objective intervals. Fluid and pressure samples will be collected after these logs are completed. This information is required to allow Rialto to properly evaluate the shows and a further update, which will include plans for any subsequent testing programme, will then be provided.

The Gazelle-P3 ST Well, located at the CI-202 block offshore Côte d’Ivoire, was spudded on 12 March 2012 using the Transocean GSF Monitor jack-up drilling rig. The well is the first of an overall three well drilling programme on permit CI-202 that is anticipated to take six months to complete, together with testing.

Rialto operates the CI-202 block with the 85% working interest. Thw block contains the Gazelle Field, which is the current focus of development, with first production expected by the end of 2013/Q1 2014.
