Shanghai Donghai Wind Power Co., developer of China’s first large-scale offshore wind farm in the city, will invest USD 300 million in development of a 100MW offshore wind farm next year.
As Bloomberg writes, the project represents the second phase of the East China Sea Bridge wind farm and will use turbines from Shanghai Electric Group Co.
The company expects to start the construction in the first quarter, after getting government approval.
