Norway’s Rem Offshore ASA has entered into a long term contract agreement with an international subsea company for the OSCV vessel “Rem Installer”.
The vessel, of MT 6022 design, will be delivered from Kleven Verft AS in June 2013. The firm contract period is 3 years, with an option for charterer to change the fixed period to 5 years before commencement of the contract. Commencement of contract is after delivery from yard. The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
