Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (“Boskalis”) announces that it has acquired 127,799 ordinary shares in Dockwise (the Shares) in the course of trading yesterday .
All these Shares were acquired through Euronext Amsterdam and were purchased at an average price of EUR 18.50 per Share with a maximum price of EUR 18.50 per Share (which equals NOK 137 as per today).
Boskalis now holds at total of 16,062,943 Shares, representing approximately 41% of the Shares. Together with the irrevocable commitments obtained by Boskalis, approximately 91% of the Shares is already acquired by, or committed to, Boskalis.
