Under the agreement Eni will extend the charter of the Saipem 10000 drillship for a period of 5 years, starting from October 2014. Eni will also extend the contract for the Scarabeo 4, a 2 nd generation semi submersible drilling rig, for a period of 1 year, until August 2014.
