BG Group said that Philippe Varin has stepped down from the board after almost seven years as a Non-Executive Director.
BG Group Chairman Andrew Gould said: “ I would like to express on behalf of BG Group’s board our thanks and appreciation for Philippe’s advice and support over the years. We have benefited greatly from his contributions. ”
Philippe, 60, was appointed a Non-Executive Director of BG Group in 2006 and was a member of the Audit and Remuneration committees.
