LNG Energy announced that the shareholders of Enterprise Energy Resources have approved the acquisition of Enterprise by LNG.
The transaction is subject to final regulatory and court approvals.
Under the terms of the acquisition, each one Enterprise common share will be exchanged for five common shares (Exchange Ratio) in the capital of LNG. Enterprise stock options will be converted to LNG options on the same basis as the common shares.
