ACE Winches, the deck machinery specialists, has made two key strategic promotions to further develop its success in global markets.
Garry Nicoll has been promoted to the ACE Board of Management as Group Sales Director. Garry joined ACE Winches in 2006 developing his wealth of technical and commercial knowledge whilst working in a number of roles throughout the company, most recently as Hire Division Manager. The Group Sales Director is a demanding role that will see Garry drive the company’s strategic sales growth plans concentrating on growing the business within both international and domestic markets.
Speaking after his appointment Garry Nicoll stated, “I am pleased to be joining the Board of ACE Winches at such an exciting time in the company’s development. ACE Winches has enjoyed successive years of strong growth and it is time to build on that foundation by developing our markets further.”
ACE Winches’ current deputy Manufacturing Manager, Keith Anderson has been promoted to Hire Division Manager. Keith will also join the company’s Operational Management Team. Keith joined the ACE Manufacturing division in 2010 and his technical and leadership skills have been evident resulting in a series of internal promotions.
