Artel Solutions Group has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ping An Securities in relation to provision of integrated financial services for developing the LNG businesses in China, the company said in a statement.
The agreement provides a framework by which Ping An Securities will work closely with the company to provide an integrated financial services platform such as banking, insurance, financial leasing and other full range of integrated financial services to Artel Solutions for the development of the LNG businesses with a state-owned company in China, the statement said.
Artel Solutions Group said last year that it is in talks with an independent third party to form a joint venture company, which would be engaged in the LNG businesses in China.
The company has terminated the negotiations with that party but instead is in negotiations with a state-owned company in China, Artell said.
