Fred. Olsen Windcarrier A/S has entered into an agreement with Walney (UK) Offshore Windfarms Limited for the operations and maintenance on Walney offshore wind farm.
The three year contract, signed on the 18th June 2014, is for the supply and operation of three crew transfer vessels commencing in July 2014.
Fred. Olsen Windcarrier will establish a 24/7 site office with spare part facilities and will supply a site supervisor and technical support, mainly from UK technicians.
The intended vessels for the assignment are the Bayard 1, Bayard 5 and Bayard 7.
