Huisman the Netherlands has been nominated for the Best Employer 2014 Award (Beste Werkgever) along with 100 other Dutch companies.
Every year Effectory and Intermediair Magazine conduct the Best Employer Survey, based on the results of the Employee Engagement Survey conducted earlier this year. This year 366 companies have participated in the survey. The top 100 companies are nominated to compete for the title.
The group has been divided in to 2 categories: less than 1.000 employees and more than 1.000 employees. Huisman is in the category “Large Companies”. Other nominees in this category are: KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Shell, DAF Trucks and Aegon.
The award show will take place on Tuesday 7 October in the La Mar Theatre in Amsterdam.
