Parallax Energy, a new partnership formed with experts representing every aspect of the liquefied natural gas chain, opened its worldwide headquarters in Houston, Texas.
“There is no better place to center our business than the global energy capital,” said Martin J. Houston, founding partner and Chairman of Parallax . “Throughout my 30 years in the industry, I have spent much of my time in Houston. It makes sense for us to be in the best place to connect with other industry leaders and investors.”
Parallax currently has LNG projects and a gas supply and trading business in development.
Martin Houston formed Parallax after retiring as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director from BG Group. He managed all forms of enterprise for BG Group in over 40 countries and spent 15 years abroad, living in Trinidad and Tobago, Singapore, the Philippines and the United States.
