Höegh LNG said that Sveinung J. S. Støhle, its President & CEO, purchased 2,000 common shares in the company.
Shares were purchased at a price of NOK 74.50 per share 1 December , Höegh LNG said in a statement.
Following the transaction, Støhle holds 12,946 shares and 500,000 options in the company and 3,500 units in Höegh LNG Partners LP.
In addition, Støhle has ownership interest in the company through Methane Ventures.
