One of three cargoes tendered by Australia’s North West Shelf project has been bought by the trading company Trafigura.
North West Shelf project issued the tender for three cargoes last week.
As traders revealed to Reuters, two remaining cargoes from the tender were picked up by a mid-sized oil major and a Japanese electric utility.
The NWS project launched a separate tender to sell at least five cargoes of LNG from April, with bids due January 26.
