Russian gas giant Gazprom and Intesa Sanpaolo Group signed a loan agreement worth EUR 350 million, in Milan.
This is the first bilateral loan agreement in the business relationship between Gazprom and Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
Gazprom said in a statement its cooperation with this banking group is essential for establishing the partnership relation with lending institutions in Italy and entire Europe.
Gazprom Management Committee Deputy Chairman Andrey Kruglov led the Gazprom delegation.
