Chevron’s Wheatstone LNG project located 12 kilometres west of Onslow is 55% complete.
The company informed that the roof on first of the two LNG storage tanks has been raised and tank 2 roof panels have been installed.
Chevron also said that first two LNG train 1 modules and four utility pipe rack modules have arrived on-site.
At the materials offloading facility, the breakwater is taking shape as shipments continue to arrive at south quay.
