Tidal Lagoon Power has appointed Graham Hillier as new Managing Director for Development Services.
Hillier will join Tidal Lagoon Power later in spring, and will be tasked with overseeing the provision of environmental, planning and property services to each TLP’s projects following Swansea Bay Tidal Lagoon, TLP’s press release reads.
Hillier’s qualifications include a BSc in Geography and Oceanography, and an MSc in Marine Geotechnics and an MBA.
He is currently an Executive Director at Natural Resources Wales, together with being Chair of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) in Wales and a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology.
