Total gas sales volume by Tokyo Gas for the month of March came to about 1,449.573 million m3, down 2.0% from March 2014.
In the residential sector, volume totaled 412.511 million m3, down 1.8% from March 2014, while in the business sector, volume totaled 244.126 million m3, down 2.6% from March 2014, the company said in a report.
In the industrial sector, volume totaled 597.317 million m3, down 1.4% from March 2014. Volume for wholesale supply to other gas companies totaled 195.619 million m3, down 3.9% from March 2014.
