The order has been placed by repeat customer Shanghai Zhongpu Shipping, according to Asiasis.

The company already has two PCTCs on order at the yard, as it signed a deal on 1+1 2,100 ceu car carriers in 2014.

The two are expected to join the company’s fleet by early 2017.

The value of the repeat contract has not been disclosed.
