Vard Holdings Limited (VARD) has announced organizational changes and a reshuffle of the Executive Management Team.
Namely, Geir Ingebrigtsen, previously Group Chief Controller and Deputy CFO, will assume the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in place of Jan Ivar Nielsen.
Ingebrigtsen will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting of the Group.
Furthermore, Jan Ivar Nielsen has been re-designated as a Finance Officer in Brazil in order to strengthen the organization there while it’s in a critical phase, the company said.
According to VARD, stabilization of the Brazilian operations remains a top priority for the company.
