Atlantic Offshore, a Norway-based supplier of offshore support vessels, has sold its offshore support vessel (OSV) the Ocean Sun.
The name of the buyer was not disclosed, but the company said that the vessel has been sold for the price slightly above the book and brokers value.
In its annual report for 2014, the company said that the vessels “Ocean Sun” and “Ocean West” would be sold or recycled during 2015.
The Ocean Sun is a Multi-Role OSV built in 1972. It is 58,4 m long and can accommodate 16 people.
