Clean Energy Fuels informed at its annual shareholders’ meeting that its units, IMW Industries, NorthStar and Clean Energy Renewable Fuels have been renamed and redefined as divisions of the company.
IMW Industries is now Clean Energy Compression, NorthStar is now Clean Energy Cryogenics and CERF is now Clean Energy Renewables, the company said in a statement.
While the name changes affect brand-identity it will not change operational practices, management infrastructure or business objectives.
