DOF Subsea Norway has declared its one month option for GC Rieber Shipping’s construction vessel Polar King.
In March 2015, DOF Subsea chartered ‘Polar King’ for 100 days with 5 months extension option.
According to the press release, this extension is effective from the second half of July. GC Rieber says that remainder options for up to 4 months extension may be declared at a later stage.
Polar King is a purpose-built ROV Survey / Construction Vessel. The vessel is designed for operation under severe weather conditions with high manoeuvrability and station-keeping capabilities.
