The Norwegian offshore vessel designer, Ulstein, has appointed Eva Kristensen as the new managing director at Ulstein Design and Solutions AS.
Kristensen comes from the position as managing director at GE Oil & Gas Nordics, a position she has held for five years. Prior to this, she was managing director for two companies in the Aker system.
The company said Eva Kristensen would also enter into the role as COO for the Design & Solutions business area, and be one of the executives in the group management of Ulstein Group ASA.
CEO Ulstein Group, Gunvor Ulstein , commented: “Kristensen has a solid background from the subsea, drilling, oil and gas industry. We look forward to working together with her in developing our organization.”
The company said this appointment would be effective from January 2016.
