Norwegian shipping company Rem Offshore has appointed new chief financial officer (CFO).
In February 2016, Rem Offshore CEO Åge Remøy resigned , and the company appointed its then CFO Arild Myrvoll as a new CEO.
The shipping company has now employed Ola Beinnes Fosse as new CFO. Present Fosse is employed with DnB Markets in the position as credit analyst, a position he has held for 3 years.
Fosse is educated from Handelshøyskolen BI where he helds a master with specialization in finance, the shipping company said.
He will accede the position as CFO in Rem Offshore on July 1, 2016, the latest.
