Danish offshore driller Maersk Drilling has awarded Aqualis Offshore a global framework agreement for the delivery of offshore consultancy services and specific supplier personnel services.
Aqualis Offshore said on Tuesday that it would provide marine warranty services including location and towage approvals for Maersk Drilling.
David Wells , CEO of Aqualis Offshore, said: “We are proud that we have been chosen to offer services on a global scale, particularly for a market leading player such as Maersk Drilling.
“In order to support our customers in the best possible way, we expanded globally throughout 2014 and 2015. Even though the past few years have been challenging, this contract confirms that our global growth strategy was the right one.”
The service agreement is global, and any of Aqualis Offshore’s 19 offices around the world can be requested to support Maersk Drilling’s operations.
