Neptune Energy has appointed David Hemmings as a vice president Business Development starting in early July 2018.
David joins Neptune from Rothschild & Co where he most recently held the position of managing director in the Energy and Power Team with a focus on the oil and gas sector.
His international experience includes activity in Europe, Africa, Asia and FSU across mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments, defence situations, valuation, IPO, capital raising, debt restructuring and financing.
David holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, London University and a BSc in industrial chemistry.
