Oslo-listed Nordic industrial investment company Incus Investor has appointed Kjetil Flesjå as its acting CEO until a new one is recruited.
Flesjå is also Incus’ chief financial officer and will hold both positions in this interim phase.
During the period he will take care of the operational and daily operations of the company.
In addition, Incus board of directors has agreed with the chairman, Dag Schjerven, to act as executive chairman in the same period.
Incus portfolio of companies includes Scana Steel (Scana Steel Björneborg and Scana Subsea) – a specialized supplier of steel products, including marine shafts and riser systems.
