Bart Heijermans has been appointed to the board of management of Royal Boskalis Westminster.
His appointment is for a term until the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2022.
Heijermans will have the ultimate responsibility for the Offshore Energy division with effect from September 1, 2018.
Heijermans recently served as CEO and board member of subsea services provider DeepOcean. He stepped down from his position as CEO in November 2017.
Prior to that, he held various senior management positions at companies including Helix Energy Solutions and Shell.
