Solstad Farstad has changed its name to Solstad Offshore ASA on Monday.
The name change of the company, jointly formed by Solstad Offshore, Farstad Shipping and Deep Sea Supply last year, was announced through social media.
When established, Solstad Farstad had a fleet of 152 OSVs.
As per February 2018, the company owns and operates a fleet of 147 vessels, of which 33 construction support vessels.
The company also has 5 vessels under construction within the aquaculture segment.
The company operates out of Skudeneshavn, Norway.
