The 38,000 dwt Clipper Bliss, together with her sisters Clipper Bari-Star, Clipper Bettina and Clipper Belle, represents the next generation of handysize type bulk carriers with impressive cargo capacity and eco fuel consumption.

Her maiden voyage started in California loading rice in Sacramento and Stockton, destined to Mersin, Turkey.

The four Bari-Star vessels from Imabari are an important step in building up the Clipper fleet. At the moment, the company has a fleet of about 70 controlled vessels.
