Clough names new CEO

Australian LNG engineer Clough on Monday informed it has named Peter Bennet as chief executive officer effective February 2016. 

Bennet will take over from Kevin Gallagher who has been named CEO of Santos in November last year, Clough said in a statement.

Additionally, Bennet, who most recently served as president, oil and gas international at CB&I, will take the role of CEO at Murray & Roberts Oil & Gas business platform.

Bennet’s 20-year experience in the international oil & gas, as well as LNG sector, covers areas of general management, operations, project management, business development and mergers and acquisitions, the statement added.
