Deep C Adds New Member to Its Management Team

Deep C has appointed Simon James as chief commercial officer with additional duties as managing director for the UK business.

James joins Deep C Group with more than 25 years’ experience in the subsea oil & gas and renewables sectors, having held senior and executive positions in both operators and service providers.

His primary purpose is to secure more backlog, establish new working relationships and strategically guide the business through to the next level of growth, the company said.

Simon James said: “I am honoured to be joining Deep C group and to be representing an organisation with such a proven track record in seabed intervention, remote tooling and bespoke subsea engineering solutions. I am confident we will identify new opportunities in the subsea services sector and deliver the strategic results required for long-term success.”
