Eekels equips ‘Siem Moxie’ with communication network

Eekels has realised the installation of new measurement and communication networks on board the m.s. Siem Moxie as commissioned by Siem Offshore contractors GmbH.

The m.s. Siem Moxie was especially designed for the safe transfer of personnel and material to off-shore constructions.

A substantial number of activities, such as installing the CAT7 cable system, the coax network for the antennas and cameras, plus the communication network for the clearcom and VOIP were executed whilst sailing.

This meant the required very short installation time could be achieved. The network was delivered with a certified test report.
