Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) has lined up four cargoes of liquefied natural gas cargoes for sale.

Citing industry sources Reuters reports the four cargoes are all scheduled for loading in April.

The tender is scheduled to close on March 18 with the winners to be known on March 21.

Liquefied natural gas exports from Egypt have been rising recently with five LNG carriers already departing in March, the highest number of cargoes exported since April 2013.

Egypt halted LNG imports in September last year as the domestic production recovered with the discoveries such as the Zohr gas field.
